    One of the most common questions we ask—and hear from our peers often—in our real estate investing community is, “is this a deal?!” And while it’s natural to get out our calculators and start answering that question through math and deal analysis, it’s important that we step back and evaluate this question from a different, higher-level perspective, as well.
